You can’t rely on this cab company - I’ve just had an early morning taxi cancelled short notice because they haven’t got their app process in order.

The long wait is ridiculous . I have had my gcse exam I’ve booked it in advance and no drivers have came I am going to be late and I will be missing my exam untill now I get a notification saying waiting for available drivers I rang up the lady answered spoke rudely and ended the phone on me
