Has issues
Is a great app. But when it was a free travel weekend I was unaware and the app still took money off me instead of advising it’s a free weekend travel. I’ve reported this but nothing back. Just stole my money. Not impressed
Messed up
The bus times and stops for the 20 and 20A are completely messed up and haven’t been fixed in months, and now the stops been moved and still nothings been fixed. It’s lazy, and incredibly annoying. People rely on this service to get to work. Pitiful and shoddy work on citybus part.
Remove map layers from maps view
Not sure who thought it would be a good idea to have the map layers section pop up every time you open the map view but it’s extremely annoying, trying to fix something that ain’t broken
Worthless
It never matches the actual times of buses, or what the bus-shelter displays tell you.
Don’t follow the maps on royal parade
You’ll end up walking 20 miles
