An absolutely brilliant app. I know the times and can track buses live what else do you need! It even uses a map to tell you which bus stop to walk to and how to get there. I’ve been in places I have no idea where and this app has always gotten me home safe!
Very Useful
This app is very useful as I use it every day when commuting to school. However, it would be useful if there could be an option to add a widget to my Home Screen for a certain bus and quickly glance at it to see quick details like how long until it is due to come and which bus it is. But all in all, very useful!

Unable to Track live bus location
For months now I can’t seem to get live updates for the buses. I am unable to get live tracking and location to know how late the bus will be

Very good but not always exact
The app is very good. I have never experienced any major troubles or issues with it other than sometimes the buses are 5 minutes later than they actually are. The 42A for example is usually 2-5 minutes late but the app says it’s on time. Overall, the app is very easy to access and quick if you need a bus to get around.

Quite easy to use but slightly inaccurate
It works well and is easy to use if you want to know the bus times. However, sometimes the buses aren’t on time and it doesn’t say if it is or not.

this app is constantly slow and telling me i have internet problems when i have perfect data and 3 bars of signal. this app is ridiculous due to the amount of times i have missed buses and been arriving late because of the apps performance. do better.
Waste of money
So basically ive had this app for a good while now, doing what it needs to do. However recently, everytime im showing my pass with the QR code, im also paying for a ticket too. So im wasting money. Could this be fixed asap? Possibly turning off NFC whenever the apps in use?

Please keep the service to Plymouth from Polperro it is such an important link to our closest city and all major shops.
Bus didn’t turn up
The 2.50 no 79 from Tavistock to Callington has not arrived. Will have to now wait an hour and a half for next one. Unacceptable service

The drive of 5a 137 he was yelling at my kids and telling them the route but they know the route for a year now he’s been rude to other passengers and kids really let us down Friday 9th of June 23

I was taking the bus i take to school and the bus driver was driving so recklessly that i flew off the chair into another seat now my eye is bruised and swollen and now im gonna get laughed at.
