Most frustrating app
This is by far the most frustrating bus booking app I’ve ever used. I genuinely don’t understand the need for such excessive security measures for a £2 bus ticket. On my way back to work, my phone battery died — and there was no option to send the ticket to my email or take a screenshot. The app only works with an active internet connection, which is extremely inconvenient.
To make things worse, tickets must be activated before travel and expire within 1 hour and 30 minutes. I’ve used many other bus apps, and none have been this restrictive or poorly thought out.
Additionally, on board, the bus windows are always open, leaving passengers freezing. I’m not even asking for heating — but closing the windows should be basic common sense, especially in colder weather.
This whole experience has been unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. A serious review of both the app functionality and passenger comfort is needed.

Useless app and service
App crashes constantly, needs Wi-Fi but bus Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Buses cancelled with no notification or just don’t turn up.
