Truly Free (No Ads, No AI, No Selling Your Data!)
I found this app while scrolling Reddit for budgeting app/website reccomendations. I used to use Notion with a custom template, but have been put off by the shift towards AI… I’ve been a loyal used since high school (2019?) and finally had enough. Someone in a random thread mentioned this single-developer, passion project: Budgetum. It genuinely has changed the game for me. I tried using other apps between Notion and Budgetum, and they all had too many ads, or nagged me to use their AI features, or were basically useless without a subscription. Budgetum provides a solid user experience with a deep care for and attention to what a budgeting app is meant to be. Simple, sleek, and effective. I can’t wait to see how it develops with more support!

I have tried quite a few different budget apps and this is by far the best one. Simple to use, easy to set up, free for the most part but cheap to support the developer and well worth the money. I’m just glad I can stop looking around because this app does everything I wanted. Well done.

That is perfect app for me
No annoying ads, simple and easy, the most important being able to set amount of expected expenses, really easy to customize in every way possible, used it for last 6 months, love it so so much

A breath of fresh air
Other apps are bloated and gate features behind subscriptions. Budgetum is simple and does everything I need, while being free. I hope it stays that way
