A few problems
The app does not have contact information in case of app issues.
The app does not list the hours of operation at each location or warn when closing time is approaching.
The progress bar isn’t working right. As I picked up my order, the app said my order was still being prepared. I showed this to the workers. As I was driving I got a notification they received my money. As I got home it said my order is ready to be picked up. It’s stuck in that phase. Hopefully it will eventually say Completed.
The Tip percentage should be based on the base price, not including taxes. You might want to fix that to avoid a potential class action suit.

Payment
I have tried at least a dozen times to place an order on the app. Once you go to check out it says sorry can not process payment.I removed the credit card that was on there.Then tried to put a different card on. Then I was told it wasn’t able to add a payment method. I also tried to use Apple Pay. That also would not go through.

Tip on taxes?
The recommended tips should be calculated on the base price before taxes are applied, not after taxes are applied.
Works fine for me
I ordered through the app and paid with Apple Pay. No complaints.
Can’t order via app
Apple Pay and manually adding a card would not work. App doesn’t work for it’s intended purpose , to order food.
