It would be nice to have the date/time of the news stories on the home page. I can’t tell if something new happened or I’d if it’s the same exact story from weeks or months ago. You’re ruining this app just like you did to your weather app! Such a disappointment in the total downhill trajectory

Updates are making it worse!
Stop with the “bug fixes” that just create a worse user experience. The 24 hour Future no longer works and hides the radar features as soon as you click on that option, which is the main thing I look at. As well as I still have to keep zooming into my pre-set location to actually see anything useful. Looks like I’m going back to the Weather Channel app.

Not So iPad Friendly
Latest version is not so user friendly. Hardly works in the landscape mode. I mainly use this for watching live news or the weather. In the new live news there is a dark bar in the lower 1/3 of the screen that is used for the control buttons. It doesn’t disappear like in other apps after using it. This makes it very difficult to see headlines/titles Ch. 2 puts at the bottom of the broadcast. Also, clicking on the expand button just closes the screen and reverts back to the main page.

Garbage
Update was needed but now has too much going on and have to keep clicking to find something. No search bar ? ..And biggest of all no way to re-watch the most recent broadcast ?? Garbage app and deleting it. 👋
What’s wrong with your app?
It worked fine for months then last month it doesn’t work any more. I’ve removed it and redownloaded on TWO separate Roku TVs. It won’t stay on. Oh well. Ch 4 app works great
Ugh
They rolled out a new format last night and it sucks. It’s a dumbed down version of the previous app. The weather section is horrendous with this huge circle that covers the area and you can’t see the radar through it. Dumb.

I grew up watching channel 2 news! It’s the best! The best anchors best weather people and the best staff! I live to watch channel 2 because I love everyone’s sense of humor! It’s never boring and makes my day before I got to work!

Fantastic app. I have it downloaded on all my devices as well as Apple TV. Out of all the Buffalo News Apps this one is my favor. First of all I love the Good Morning etc greetings depending on the time of day. Secondly I love that you can watch replays of the news 7 days a week. Also enjoy the extra programming and Mass on Sunday at OLOV. I’m a Californian but have a ton of family in Buffalo so this WGRZ app really is stellar in keeping me current as well as simple to use. Thank you so much to all the developers who have made this possible. Means so much.

App freezes
I’ve downloaded the app several times because it freezes after about a week every time. I delete it then redownload it and it’s good for a short while then the process repeats
