ver 1.4 - English, a city that looks like it is being built, and an end to the shortages that never went away. ■ English support - The whole game is in English. Switch under Settings > "Language". Money is shown in dollars. ■ Sites under construction, with tower cranes - Each site on the home screen now matches its stage of work: bare hoarding, earth retention and excavation, foundations, the steel frame, then scaffolding and sheeting. - A tower crane stands over it - the jib slews, the trolley runs out, the hook raises and lowers loads, and the mast climbs with the building. - The city shows a limited number of your sites, rotating every few months and placed by land use. ■ Completed buildings stay in your city - What you build appears as itself (71 types). The city now keeps 140 of them, newest first. ■ Site managers grow at a sensible pace - The bigger the site you gave a manager, the slower they used to grow. Experience now accrues every month worked, so large jobs develop people faster. - Delegated bidding no longer bids on work no available manager can take. - People & organization gained "Reassign all managers" and "Post a job ad". The better your salary, manager allowance and welfare are than rival firms of the same class, the more people apply - and the more veterans among them. ■ Trade partners keep up as you grow - Their numbers could never catch up with a growing company. They now grow every month towards what you will need, and catch up faster the further behind they are. - Bring them into your partner association and you will be covered; leave them alone and you will not. ■ Also - Deep mode (subcontractors, shares, site managers, pay by grade) can be turned off in Settings. Ad removal stays either way. - You can rename your company. - Tab headers fit on one line, tap the top of the screen to jump to the top, the Site tab warning links straight to the site with a problem, the world ranking keeps its header pinned, and salary moves in 10,000 yen steps.
