Constant issues, app always crashing

I work every week to send updates via this app, and it is constantly crashing, adding hours of work trying to troubleshoot. There is no dev support to fix these issues.

New update. Can’t see typing

Hey all. On my iPhone you cannot see what you are typing- incredibly annoying - you have to fix this asap,please.
