BTE (aka Best Training Ever)

Building The Elite is not just an ordinary training program, it will change your life. It helps provide structure but the team at BTE goes above in beyond in their holistic and well-rounded approach to training. The movement circuits are excellent and will have your body performing like a well-oiled machine. Blocks are four weeks long and keep you engaged, I can genuinely say some of the workouts are just plain fun! All of this would be worth it enough, but when you add in the mental skills lessons that’s where BTE really takes the cake. The mental skills they teach build otherworldly mental resilience to reach and do things you didn’t believe were possible. If you are a tactical professional of any kind, you won’t regret it.

Phenomenal, but

I wish there was a desktop way to access the app for reading, logging, journaling. AND MOST OF ALL I wish I could do the rearrange function by entire days, not just single sessions

Other than that though, phenomenal physical and mental training.

Life changing app

This app has allowed me to prevent countless injuries through direct access to strength and conditioning coaches as well as specific tracks for first responder, military or civilian competitions/selections.

If you’re serious about making health oriented decisions, this app is the end all for everything fitness related, proper movements, and ultimately peak mental and physical performance.

Really good, here are changes I need to see!

For $50 I think its a bargain to get a high quality adjustable program with real coaching. Probably the best coaches in the game as well so I imagine the $ will go up over time.

With that said! The app definitely needs improvements.

-There are certain exercises that are bodyweight exercises, but the app asks you to input a weight for the set to count. There should be demonstrations for these exercises with weight (single leg hip thrust for example?) do i put 0 for weight, or my bodyweight? Theres no instruction.

-Timers should be able to be set automatically like the app SmartWod, and should indicate when to switch sides for unilateral exercises. The user is constantly on their phone starting and stopping timers which I find to be annoying, apps like smartwod take the tapping and thinking out of timed work:rest periods.

-Add strava to integrated apps

-Need to review some of the work capacity workouts. They say 30 minutes but if you do every exercise/rest exactly as prescribed it can take anywhere from 15-30 minutes longer than it says. I think it doesn’t account for unilateral exercises where the time needs to be repeated twice.

New App, Great Results

The BTE App recently changed over from the Everfit App, all functions remain the same, and the coaching and protocols are spot on. I can always trust the prescribed time in the workouts, which helps with a busy and active schedule, as I always complete the workout within 1-2 minute of the prescribed time, over and over again.

The workouts selected have definitely helped me increase overall fitness, 1RMs, and my zone 2 cardio is getting faster too. I feel strong, not over-trained, and the built in recovery and On-Demand options are great for rest days.

Highly recommended for anyone seeking selection or sustainment of a high performance mind and body.

Great program!

I’m a strength coach for the Army and am training for selection. I had to get out of my own way and went with BTE and couldn’t be happier.
I loved the assessment protocol and the programming is just what I needed.
They bring way more to the table than just training and for a great price.
If you’re on the fence, quit procrastinating and pull the trigger.

Mental and physical training

Not only do they prepare you for the long game, not just selection entry tests, but they incorporate mental practice into the workouts. And once you get to where you’re going, the mental game will be more important than the physical.

Only training app I’ve stuck with

This is one of the best apps and training programs I’ve used. I’m not training for SOF selection but their civilian training is great and the additional focus on building mental toughness is a big differentiator. I’m applying the lessons learned to my work and everyday life.

This app is the real deal!

I’ve used several training apps over the past couple years, and this one by far exceeds them all! Great balance between the information which is included, and the friendliness of the user interface!

Highly recommend to anyone who takes their training seriously, and wants ease of information access all in one place!

This App is simple to use and it’s a great way to track your training and keep you accountable! These guys are legit and if you want to stop wasting time in the gym and ensure you are training properly then look no further. New app same program

The program is amazing!! and I’m finally glad they got their own app so far app seems seamless and all videos and links pull up.

Great app and programs

Easy to use app with a lot of great features. Customisation is very easy to do by rescheduling workouts to fit your schedule which I find to be an important feature as a shift worker. There are an abundance of extra resources, including nutrition and mindset education which makes this the complete package. Any issues are small, such as music volume lowering if you watch a tutorial video through a workout or not being able to view your program until midnight the night the new block commences. I’m saying that, they are very responsive to improvement suggestions and always striving to bring the best experience through the app as possible. I have and will continue to recommend this as a convenient and affordable program option.

BTE Review

Been using the app for ten months and it is easy to navigate and review and follow workouts. The app includes workouts as well as mental training, community forum, as well as informative podcasts. Recommend to anyone interested in improving their fitness.

Checks all the boxes

This app has everything you could ask for. Not only does it cover the physical side of training, it also goes over mental skills as well and has extra resources for everything else you could need. The coaches are super responsive so if you have anything you’re unsure about they can clear it up easily.

I’ve been following the programming for 6 months and my fitness has improved massively. All while remaining injury free and performing at high level at work.

These guys are world class and the app has completely changed my approach to training. If you put in the work with the training and mental skills then you will get amazing results.
