My lender is making me use this to authorize draws on my construction loan but nobody explains how to create a login

This app makes doing my inspections so easy and it is simple to use. I wish we could zoom in on the photos that we take of the inspections we do but other than that, it is a great, easy to use app!

Can’t login
I can login fine in the web interface but the app keeps giving me errors username/password. I have reset the password multiple times but the problem persists.
Stick to old app
Still using old app until the glitches are fixed. The new app has cost me many hours of additional work. It continues to kick me out of an inspection when adding pictures and deletes data already input, therefore causing me to have to completely start the process over. There are some nice features offered in the new app, but it’s not worth using until these costly, time consuming glitches are fixed. When I’ve taken the time to call Built & speak with a tech, they’re unable to help & do not call me back as advised. Overall, unhappy with Built Inspect.
