No notification before charging you after the 1-week trial ends. Then you have to email customer support to request cancellation (there’s no automatic way to cancel through their website). This is unethical, anti-consumer behavior. Don’t give them your business.

Doesn’t work on iPad in landscape
Unfortunately the app cant be viewed on an iPad in landscape mode which is the default if using a keyboard. This makes it difficult to use as the keyboard must be detached each time to look at the app.
Terrible accuracy
I signed up for a paid plan because I was looking to buy a car and wanted more info.
The car I ended up buying Bumper had the original title location and that was about it for accuracy. I pulled a carfax and it showed other sales, significant engine repair et. Bumper showed none of it.
I looked at several cars and for instance one had 60+ sales listings for the vehicle but the thing is it was all the same listing spammed 60 times in the app.
Between missing data, corrupted data, and wrong data I cannot recommend this app.
The vehicle I bought showed one owner in bumper… it had 3.
For free the information is good, but for a paid service it’s garbage.

Account not created after subscription.
It’s sad that I made a purchase for a quarterly subscription and was debited instantly. Yet, I cannot access my account. I keep getting a message that my account doesn’t exist. I even tried logging in via my Apple ID…but, I got a message saying my Apple ID isn’t linked to an account on the system. This is the same Apple ID I paid with. I have sent multiple emails to the customer service, but I didn’t get no reply. What’s the essence of paying when I can’t access my account?

It looks like it will be free because it says GET and “offers in-app purchases” in the App Store. After you type in the VIN because the scan tool doesn’t recognize QR codes, then and only then do you find out that it won’t give you any information at all until you pay for a subscription.

I asked for one report they say it’s one dollar, they have been trying to charge my card 30 dollars since then, there is no where to cancel any subscription simply because I didn’t subscribe!!

Quick and responsive customer service
Updating my review. After a quick e-mail, I was able to cancel my subscription. This service helped me purchase my car. For some reason, the app doesn't have a location to cancel the subscription, either in the app or in my app store (iPhone). I finally reached out to customer support and they responded super quickly! I was able to cancel the subscription with no pressure to keep it. I will keep the app ifI'm ever interested in car shopping again.

I bought a car so I no longer need the subscription but I can not find where it unsubscribe! Now I'll have to keep my card locked untilI'm out of the trial window, despite them advertising I can cancel at anytime. Lies.

So they say its 1$ for a report kn their website it isnt even a proper records the car id automatic transmission it says it was manual info on this website isnt even helpful and then out of nowhere bamm $20 off your account just a bs service scammers i dont recomend

I did a report on a vehicle trusting this app since all mvds were closed and it came back the vehicle was good and nothing was wrong or pending. Turns out the next day I went to the mvd it had a lien and wasn’t able to put it in my name because the person who sold it to me got locked up. I got scammed out of my money because I can not do anything now.

So far all info is incorrect
Just purchased and went to search my 4 cars and the little bit of info I get is wrong. The rest is just blank. Hoping there’s an easy fix. If so, I’ll update my review.
Nothing amazing
It shows you what most sites already show you for free, but the thing that really is annoying, is you sign up for the trail- you have to EMAIL THEM to cancel before it renews at full price, and they don’t send an email reminding you (like any decent company). Pretty disappointing.

Problem with cancellation
Don’t buy it. I just needed one report, paid 1 dollar for it but they subscribed me to a monthly plan with 7 day trial period and now they charged $29.78 without even confirming. I had received no email about my trial period. It’s a scam unless they refund me as I have already emailed.
DO NOT USE
I used once for a car purchase and it said “one-time” payment and literally charged me for several months on end. Who would pay $29 a month for this service? It’s stupid. Re-design your app and the world at purchases are charged and maybe you’d have higher ratings.
