Give All The Power to the Sellers!!
“No haggle/hassle” basically means give sellers the option to ghost anyone not able to afford their crazy high prices. Allow those with the leverage more power and advertise it as a benefit to the buyer. Hate this experience and market inefficiency.

I worked with my two different realtors to send offers on two different homes and the process was sketchy. We would get in contact with Bungalo realtors with red flags. Avoid or proceed with caution.
Terrible experience
This company doesn’t provide any personal experience. They do not do anything to assist a buyer! Stay away from them, horrible customer service. If you like robotic service then this is your company.
Worthless
Drove over an hour to see an “open house” to be greeted with a sign on the door to download this app. Supplied all the info and it did not open the door. Called support and they could not get us in. No extra key anywhere. All this in 93 degree heat. What a huge waste of time. I’ve already deleted the app and unsubscribed from the 2 emails I’ve gotten in the last 24 hours.
