Easy to order at wrong store
It's super easy to order at the wrong store, you could be standing in the goddamn store and it will order at the last store you were at, then they make it almost impossible to counsel an order
their support is slow incomplete and will not actually do a refund through the chat in a timely manner
I will avoid using the app because it's got such bad designed laws
Adding to the negativity, I was just at another Burger King and the restaurant doesn't even show on the map. I went somewhere else.

Freezes
App won’t let me input receipt details for missing points just freezes
Can’t login
With as expensive as fast food has gotten you’d think this app would work. I’m not eating anywhere without a rewards system when I have so many options. The fact that I can’t log into my account is a deal breaker. I love the whopper but because I know I should be getting a free one keeps me away. Right now only bringing back churros will get me in.

Can’t as receipt
The app freezes when you open the screen to add a receipt. Using iOS.
Bad handling of no location
When an app doesn’t know your location, it should prompt you to verify the location. Somehow, location services got turned off for this app, and as a result, I ordered food almost 600 miles away. It doesn’t help that the only reason I waited for the app to reinstall was because Apple Pay is broken on their website.

Needs updated
I have a reward for free items but there’s no way for me to apply it outside of ordering within the app. It doesn’t show up at the kiosk and can’t apply to my order at the window. That definitely sucks.

HASNT WORKED IN MONTHS
The app or the website have not worked in months! You can’t order anything ahead. I’ve tried multiple cards on multiple phones and computers and nothing. It’s ridiculous.
