The reason the rating is low
The app is one thing , but biggest issue is the restaurant itself because you don’t get your order the right way or even hot.
Poor Customer Service
The app is great! However, the service is horrible. I arrived at the establishment 2 minutes after placing my order. I did literally did not receive my order until 20 minutes after placing the order. I witnessed the employees arguing with each other, ignoring customers, and to top it all off…. MY ORDER WAS WRONG.

Most of the time my food is made to my order and fries are nice and fresh but I’d say about 10% of the time that is not the case, would still order from there. BK rules
Can’t sign in
I try to login. It says create account. So I click that. Then it says contact support because you have an account (but wasn’t an option earlier!). Contact support ALWAYS FREEZES. Can’t type or choose options
Don’t ever order through the app
If you place an order through the app directly and there’s a customer service issue, you absolutely get screwed and have no recourse even when the issue falls 100% on BK, their stores and outsourced services.

New Receipt Survey Issue
Why change the survey receipt?
It became more difficult to redeem due to logging in email again multiple times. Why not connect to this app? Why does have to be non mobile link?
I prefer getting code and write it on the receipt instead getting redeem link from email.

Horrible sign up process
I tried signing up but it states there’s already an account and only loops me through sign up process. The contact support button doesn’t work and trying to message developer through the App Store is also difficult. I tried deleting my account but their privacy team stated there is no account. It also says to reply to email if I have any additional questions. However, the privacy request site doesn’t allow you to respond and the email that delivered the link is a no-reply link. Just horrible UX all around.
