The app refuses to take my order
I literally have been sitting here for 30 minutes trying to place my order and it charges me and then refund me and then charges me and then refund me and it won’t let me place an order. I’m trying to use my 25% off that I get with Walmart plus and that’s the only reason I haven’t just gone to the store and ordered this is ridiculous when I tried to talk to the bot to get help. It ended my conversation twice instead of connecting me with someone about the technical issues that I’m having. I’m frustrated and this is ridiculous.

Menu items not available
The app shows menu items which are not displayed in the store. The associate who served us said she had never heard of some of the items showing in the BK app.

Milk left off of kids meal
2nd time ordered a kids meal & the milk was left out. Someone is having reading difficulties. I mentioned this to clerk and they gave us apple juice- I didn’t noticed this until we got home.
Worst FF app
BK is by far the worst fast food app out there. Not surprising since the stores in my area suck. No way to cancel orders it sends to the wrong store. If you buy in the store, receipt has a link to claim the points. Not surprisingly, the link returns a 404 Error. Chat feature is a joke. There’s no response in the app. It goes to email, but doesn’t inform you of that. I lost $15 that way, as “cust service” has no way to refund you; but instead of telling you that, they send emails asking for the same information repeatedly until you give up. The only thing the app does consistently is expire your points.

What good is this app? I go to menu, it says pull to refresh. I do it and get the same message! An endless loop. Thanks for wasting my time. Guess I’ll have to order from McDonald’s.

I have been tying to place an order for me and my family for at least 10-15 minutes and for the 3rd time my order was cancelled I even lessened what I wanted and it was still rejected with no explanation on what wasn’t available
No kids meal
Got for points for kids meal but kids meal is not listed under points so I’m deleting.
