Doesn’t work
Constantly freezes and when I try to log in it wants to sign me up for a new account and I get an error saying I can’t have duplicate accounts.
can’t log in
keeps saying i have a duplicate account when i try to log in. i already have an account but when i enter my email, it tries to create a new account. cant contact support through the app either it keeps freezing.

It's absolutely mine boggling that the tracking is not in real time. It usually takes forever to get my food and by the time I'm on the verge of calling customer service and complaining it arrives cold.
Why I love Burger
Food slaps every Time if I could I would hug the workers and tell them great job and maybe give them a fry🫠

Ordered food, driver never delivered. No photo. No cantact. Burger King only offer half my money back.

Geo the manger at the Covington ky location replaced my whoppers that were messed up Grrr of charge. He was so kind and generous this is exactly the type of manager you guys need him alone is what made this visit a 5 star tysm Geo for the wonderful experience

says i made an account. never did..doesnt send a recovery code ir nothing and appearantly is a common issue with many saying theres a duplicate account.
Issues with linking account
having issues linking my Walmart + with BK app to receive my discount and I haven’t had any success trying to reach someone to help me with the issue. but there is no options for you to choose from for my issues. can’t find a phone number to call and speak with.
The app is not customer friendly
I clicked on an offer and it did not add it to my order. You should make it more user friendly
Charged but don’t receive the food
The app had problems said known issues yet my payment went through but I didn’t receive any food. There’s no one to call the store just said wow that’s not good but that didn’t help me any so I’m out money and didn’t get to eat on my lunch hour this is a terrible app
