This is class action lawsuit level of screw up
No rewards and no point system
No rewards for purchases, no birthday rewards. You get nothing for purchasing in store or through the app. The app need some work in so many ways asap please

When it works it’s great but that’s not often.
Soooo frustrating
Truly one of the most frustrating apps I've ever used. The cookies disclaimer keeps popping up and won't let me advance. This happens 8/10 times I use this app and I end up driving to the store and ordering in person. You can accept or decline, doesn't matter which you choose, it just keeps resetting and covering the screen. How does no one fix this, seems like a simple bug.

They want to kill my dog
The guy who works at burger lounge says he wants to make my dog into a taco. This happened after they poisoned the food. Get a burger elsewhere . Even if ur not their target it’s still not safe no matter what . Avoid avoid avoid
