Soooo frustrating
Truly one of the most frustrating apps I've ever used. The cookies disclaimer keeps popping up and won't let me advance. This happens 8/10 times I use this app and I end up driving to the store and ordering in person. You can accept or decline, doesn't matter which you choose, it just keeps resetting and covering the screen. How does no one fix this, seems like a simple bug.

They want to kill my dog
The guy who works at burger lounge says he wants to make my dog into a taco. This happened after they poisoned the food. Get a burger elsewhere . Even if ur not their target it’s still not safe no matter what . Avoid avoid avoid
Glitch
I’m able to place an order but have to constantly answer the privacy questions that pop up 10-15x during one order. Fix please!!
No Apple Pay
Needs an Apple Pay option o don’t want to save my info to the app
There is no customer support
There’s is a customer support option in the app, but it does not do anything. You must call the location if anything is wrong with your order. A promised discount was not applied during my order, and there was no option to cancel it. This is basic customer support, they need to do better.
