Place takes forever to make the food so I tried to use the App = is a pain. It is almost 2026 and you don’t have Apple Pay or android? Why having an app?
Recent update makes app non functional!

Mikes order on the App
I just tried to order on my app on my phone to get the special two burgers two fries and two drinks for $22. You can’t make any edits to the hamburger online you cannot ask for no bun. You cannot add any toppings. Basically you have to buy it like it comes.
The app is not user-friendly at all very difficult to use and order from it makes you wanna go into the store and just tell them what they want but the only way to get the promo is you have to use the app and I don’t think that’s fair they should be able to scan my QR code on my account and give me the coupon that you put out there

Good app
My only issue with it is that I sometimes cannot order things such as the potato bun option or the Beyond Burger on the app, despite them being available at my location.
App glitches
The app sometimes glitch or it won’t pick up when I make an order.

The app is a nightmare you have to type forever everything and it takes centuries to get it done
