I downloaded this app because of the current app-only promo ($4.99 chicken burrito when you get the app). However after downloading the app and setting up the account, I went to order said promo burrito only to discover I cannot use a debit card. What? For real? It’s 2026, ffs! Deleting this app as I cannot use it.

Stopped using app
Stopped using the app because buying a burrito from the app is 1.99$ more than buying in person for some reason. I sit inside the restaurant and wait instead of having it ready for me when I show up
Missing Apple Pay
Good food and prices but let me add my loyalty card to Apple Pay. Also, let me pay with my Apple Pay wallet when I order through the app. No one wants to manually add their credit card to an app where my data could get stolen. This is 2026.

I ordered a meal and it took over an hour to come and the food was cold. I called the store and called uber assistance and they were so unhelpful. They told me the driver isn’t answering the phone, and just Waite…
Well Priced, Excellent Value
Love the burritos. Love the $12 chicken burrito stacked with everything for free. It’s great.
Pointless App
Pre-order wasn’t even started when I arrived. Absolutely pointless. It makes you tip in advance, so the app seems to be merely a vehicle to steal tips they don’t deserve.

Can’t transfer existing account balance? Can’t scan credit card? No Apple Pay? This is 2025, right?
Data Mining
This app is the only way to check the balance of a gift card without going into a physical store, and it requires you to give them your email, phone number and location tracking data in order to use. Forcing potential new customers (who ins some are given gift cards by family) into sharing personal information is a wild business model… You don’t need my phone number to check what the balance is on a gift card.
On top of that: there is nothing you can get or do on this app that you can’t do in store. I’d give it 0/5 if I could. Do yourself a favour and call ahead or use any of the other third party delivery/pickup apps.

Downloaded this app. Technical difficulties! Could not get past the verification page. Tried both text and email options twice each. Gave up. Left this review.
