Had a great app. It was recently “updated“ to this one which stinks. Doesn’t keep your previous orders saved, doesn’t show all the options for toppings. Not user friendly from the very first step 👎

Forget Chipotle! This place is hands down awesome! Be sure to try the waffle fry nachos on Wednesday (Wednesday special). If I’m not working on a Wednesday night I will for sure be having these for dinner

No Apple Pay -> not giving my credit card info including cvv and expiration. Not happening.
Good functioning app
I just wish that you could see ALL of ingredients/components in a specific menu item without having to actually select it to see if I want it or not. Also I wish there was a more of an alert box for leaving ingredients out. While its not an allergy, I have a family member with a strong aversion to cilantro and it doesnt matter how I note in the special instructions; he still gets cilantro on his burrito. Not a big deal for us but Id imagine with an allergy thats be a big deal.

reorder doesnt work
couldnt use orders from last month? if ingredients change just exclude them on the new order import and inform the user that say green onions not available or whatever. I mean its a burrito not launch controls for a falcon rocket

Crashes
Horrible app, crashes after 30 seconds of being opened no matter what. Stick to using the browser to order.

App keeps crashing every time I try to open the Burrito/Bowls menu.
Not working
App must have been updated recently..? Last month or so it is completely inoperable- will not work whatsoever, just crashes.
