User reviews

Broken app, negligent owner:

This seems to be a scam, especially after reading other reviews of similar problems, unaddressed, months ago. I signed up for the trial period and used the app, which was fine but when I was auto-switched to the monthly-pay platform the I could never get into my account, the app wanted me to sign up again but would not take any credentials, or password reset info. I reached out to Allison Roberts, daughter of Dennis Wilson whose method, from his book, Fastercise, Burst is based, and was never answered. I blew $10 on an app I could not use and non-existent customer care or support. Note: I did not read the prior reviews before signing up because I trusted these folks—I had their original Fastercise app and was excited for this new iteration. Beware!

App won’t open for me

I loved the old app. When I try to use the new app it only asks me to activate my account and won’t go past that screen - even after I did reactivate my account. I reached out to Burst through their website over a week ago and still no response. Guess I’ll cancel my subscription. It’s too bad.

I was skeptical… but it works!

The work outs seemed too easy, but they aren’t. They increased my health and energy and all I did was dedicated 5 minutes a day I promise

This is a great app

As an exercise psychology practitioner, I can tell you time is the number one obstacle to exercise. This app truly solves that problem. In short durations in any location you can complete the exercise and get back to whatever needs your attention. If you are wishing to get yourself more active, this is one of the best ways to start. If you are looking to find a different workout or add to your existing routine, this will be fantastic.

This is a fantastic app built upon a very well researched system that was tested in the BYU physiology lab.

Fastercise is insanely awesome. I won’t say you don’t look a little funny doing this but let me tell you it is hardcore!
