Just sign up!!!!

I’ve been following Meg and using her workouts for over a year and a half. And I love the workouts! They are challenging and motivating. They continue to help me improve and get better each week. I love the different moves that she includes in each workout, you never get bored or tired of the same thing. There are moves I never thought I could do and now I can thanks to Meg. I can do more push ups that I never knew I could. My squat form and strength has improved. What are you waiting for? Just sign up and you’ll love the workouts like I do.

Best workouts for at home

As a busy mom, I need workouts that are effective, realistic, and don’t require me to spend hours at the gym. Wilma Fit has been such a great fit for me because:

✔️ Home workouts that actually challenge me
✔️ Strength-focused training with clear guidance
✔️ Easy to fit into a busy schedule
✔️ Minimal equipment needed
✔️ Makes it simple to stay consistent

I’ve felt stronger, more confident, and it’s taken a lot of the guesswork out of what to do each day. If you’re looking for a practical at-home workout program, it’s definitely worth checking out!

If anything, Meg is the best

This app is truly the best. From beginning to end Meg is in it with you and knows exactly how hard to push you without it seeming overwhelming or impossible. She’s motivational and gives you a little pep talk at the end of each workout that feels so genuine you’ll cry. There’s a lot of other apps out there that have great workouts but choose this because of Meg, she’s the golden ticket here. You won’t regret it, I promise!

Don’t sign up through the app/ App Store

If you’re using Wilma because you want to be able to switch to pregnancy mode in the future, make sure you don’t sign up through the App Store. You specifically have to sign up through their website. It isn’t a mode you can switch on, it’s a completely different subscription and if you pay annually to save money like yours truly, and didn’t know it was different to sign up on the app, then you’re out of luck. Because they can’t prorate your subscription the same way on the website. They have no control over the App Store. So you’re either out the money from your regular subscription PLUS the money you have to pay for the new (which comes out to nearly $240 for me) or you’re not going to get to use the pregnancy workouts. Unfortunately for me, it’s going to be the latter because paying for this was already a stretch. The Wilma team tried to be helpful but there’s nothing they can do. So I guess use me as an example and don’t sign up the wrong way.
