Great app

Love it. As a mom of 8 short effective workouts are a must. My core has definitely gotten stronger, less leaking, less pain overall. And I’ve done plenty of other postpartum programs. But this was really truly the best. And for a great affordable price.

Best pregnancy & postpartum workouts

I’ve been searching for pregnancy workouts that are easy to follow but still effective, and this app is exactly what I needed. I used Good for the Swole postpartum with my first two sons and now I’m using it for my third pregnancy. The workouts push me just enough while focusing on the areas that really matter during pregnancy. I feel stronger and healthier this time around, and I definitely plan to keep using it postpartum as well. Highly recommend!

Thanks Becky! 💕

Best prenatal workout ever!

Becky is so amazing. I’ve done her workouts for four pregnancies now and I can’t imagine going thru pregnancy without her. She is so so encouraging which is exactly what I need. The workouts are gentle but still tough enough. And I like that she never talks about weight gain or loss!

Great great great workout program

I have tried different prenatal and post partum programs and this one is the best. Having the schedule helps me stay consistent and removes the second guessing of which body part to work on every day. Becky’s Qs are great and I love how the workouts are structured. Finally, I love that every video is between 15-30 min. I find it more manageable than 45min-1h long ones. It’s easier to get started knowing it’s not so long. I often find myself wanting to do another one after completing the daily workout.

THE BEST!!!

I can’t say enough good about this app and Becky. She is so smart and really knows how to help you understand how to strengthen your body no matter your phase a life. She cheers you on and it feels like you’re working out with a friend! Cannot recommend it enough.
