Great option in pregnancy!
I was looking for some guidance in safe workouts during pregnancy to support my body and pelvic floor. I really like that these are actual full body workouts across pregnancy, not just pelvic floor workouts. I’ve already seen a difference in my tone and control. I like how motivational the coaches are in their leading. I will definitely continue using this during pregnancy and into postpartum.

This app changed my life!
I am a mother of 6 children. My pregnancies 1-3, I suffered from pelvic girdle pain. Each pregnancy it was getting worse to the point I needed my husband’s assistance with things like even getting out of bed. My third pregnancy (at 8 weeks pregnant) I was already experiencing significant pain. I discovered studio bloom and started implementing the exercises. The rest of my pregnancy and any of my subsequent 3 pregnancies afterwards, I did not suffer from pelvic girdle pain. I highly recommend the app. -Jasmine
