Isn’t always on time
Great but could be better
I always use this app and find that it’s pretty accurate in regards to bus times for my nearest stop, although I do find that the occasional bus disappears completely after showing arrival in “10 minutes”.
I find the “plan” feature is good when it actually works, although for the last few days when I have tried to select a day and time for my journey, the app closes. Really frustrating when I have an event or appointment to attend where I need to know the bus timings in advance.

Unreliable
Live tracking is wildly inaccurate.
Never trust it
It showed the bus will arrive in 5mins. After 5 mins, the bus just disappeared on the app. Totally misleading
Terrible compared to the original
This app is complete garbage nothing on it works properly bus times don’t show sometimes, it always takes you off the journey tracking page if you switch apps meaning you can’t double check what stop to get off at. Even when planning a journey the date and time are settings are a pain to deal with🙄 I’ve never written a review before in my life but i have now because i feel so passionately about it your app is garbage

Worst app ever created
The fact that the app has somehow gotten even worse is shocking to me. Every single morning and every single evening I have a problem because the app is wrong.
Take a little time to get used to … then go 4.5 stars
Was using other map apps but then after a little time to get used to this Lothian bus app, it’s very good UX, the live departures are very good. Within a small mobile screen, first time you’d find a bit hard to use, then a few times later, you’d probably love it.
No Timetable
I don’t this new update, I want to timetable of the busses as-well as arrival times, the old app had this, I don’t know why they changed 🤦♂️
Reliability
Increasingly unreliable. Buses are due then suddenly disappear.

Frequently shows me bus arrival time information for buses that never show up. Very unreliable.
OK but could be easier to use
Once you work out how to use the app, it is helpful. However, personally it should be more intuitive to assist those who are less tech savvy. App development should always be geared towards the lowest common denominator- the user - and not what developers think will be useful.
One option that should be resurrected from the previous app, is automatic recognition of what bus you are on. It may still be there,hidden in a menu, but I have not found it - yet!!

Unreliable
The new bus app still has issues with showing inaccurate information about bus times. Sometimes you can’t even track your bus or receive the exact correct time. Disappointed AGAIN!!!
Flawed and outdated
Used when visiting family. Really poor set of features: no account journey features, can’t track diversions, no detail on zones within app. Contrasted with the Stagecoach and TfLs app, it’s substandard.
Bus times
Bus times have stopped being accurate and has lead me to be being late on multiple different occasions recently, needs to be sorted

Great help. Use it everyday. Approximately 90% accurate.
Poor trip planning
You need to know what bus stop to get off to plan a journey, why can’t you just pin in maps like google maps, very short sighted by the developers

It barely works, how is it possible to make an app worse than the old one?
It shows incorrect times for busses, it will constantly show up with an error when you try and track the bus your after and if not that it will say the bus you are is due in like 5 minutes despite showing on the app that his is long passes your stop, the app also randomly opens different bus stops instead of the one your after and doesn’t open the you need half the time.

Not fit for purpose
This app regularly misinforms me the times of buses. Times don’t match those on the bus stop display. It does not meet its singular most important requirement. It’s also bloated with unnecessary features and is not particularly usable.

Occasionally doesn’t work. Very good. If the live feed can be a bit more live as in see constant movement of the buses to estimate where they are than updating every few seconds can help massively.
