Good if you’re rich
From a Bee’s Perspective
Like the idea but not ideal in booking process
HORRIBLE
To make matters worse, I contacted them immediately and was ignored for over 24 hours. The Boise market owner completely disregarded my calls and texts until I followed up the next day. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, this isn’t new—it mirrors my past experience with Busy Bees. They only respond when it benefits them and ignore everything else. On top of that, they take a large cut of your earnings. You’re better off working directly with families and avoiding this company altogether. The lack of professionalism and shady billing practices should be a red flag to anyone considering working with or using Busy Bees.
Unfair
The company refused to reconsider, even though infants are my specialty, and the six-month waiting period for a review was far too long. Ultimately, I had to leave because I felt undervalued and unable to fully use my skills. I wouldn’t recommend this job to experienced caregivers who want to work with a variety of age groups, as their policies seem rigid and don’t take individual experience into account.
