I have sold multiple bikes and multiple parts on this platform. My experience is horrible. The fees are horrendous. The inability to communicate effectively with a buyer is horrible. This is due to them not wanting you to take the sale off their platform. There is no one at their support center you can ever talk to. The claims department always seems to side with the buyer. Out of about 20 transactions I’ve made on the site, only about two have gone through with no issue. So in other words this is the perfect site if you want to pay high fees, risk not be able to talk to support, not able to speak with a customer or seller, and having a lackluster claims department. 0/10

Errors on every aspect. Can’t submit a for sale post. Can’t submit feedback about the errors due to errors. Buttons don’t work, screen locks…
Idee gut, Umsetzung nicht
Die Idee diese App ist wirklich prinzipiell spitze und der Aufbau gut aber zwei Sachen kann ich wirklich nicht nachvollziehen. Es gibt keine Felder für Infos wie zum Beispiel die Kurbel oder den Vorbau. Das sind doch total relevante Felder? Ebenfalls kann man mit dem Käufer nicht telefonieren oder eine Probefahrt ausmachen wie soll ich denn entscheiden, ob das Rad mir passt und bequem ist wenn ich keine Möglichkeit habe es zu fahren ich werde es sicher nicht kaufen ohne das Fahrrad jemals gesehen oder gefahren zu haben. Es ist aber nicht möglich eine E-Mail-Adresse oder eine Telefonnummer versenden. Schwach!

App is ok / don’t try a logon via comp
App is ok / don’t try a logon via comp. It’s just broken. Try and verify my cell and just keep getting error “the field has already been taken.” Been trying for 2 days. Tried reaching out to support waste of time when I submitted the ticket it generated an error and went nowhere. I just purchased wheels for my bike, we’ll see if it works. Hopefully I won’t have to contact support because I have not had any luck. Hopefully I’m wrong but so far no joy!
