Might as well be the IRS

This company has gone to trash since they got bought out. They want you SSN # and a picture ID and heck yeah they gonna send a bill of sales to the IRS, so you can get taxed on something you already paid taxes on, but selling for a lower price. SCAM, REVERB SUCKS!!!!!!!

Pro Audio

Great, friendly and informative service while purchasing the Zildjian 22” K Constantinople Medium Thin!! And a great price!

Worst Customer Service Ever

When they actually answered phones, the service was great. No it just sucks so bad!

Responsive and honest

Answered all questions with accuracy and honesty.

Great platform, clunky app

Many aspects of the app and website do not seem to work as well as they used to. Perhaps this is AI slop. Trem, the help bot (but surprise) is useless, and customer service used to be impeccable and now leaves quite a lot to be desired. Still an excellent place to buy and sell gear, but if they want to remain successful, they should rethink the issues mentioned here.
