It’s hard to find a store or at where you can spend your FSA money on so many things. But this is one of the very few!! I absolutely love this app and I’ve ordered from A multiple times since I discovered it in November. Trust me, download it.

The App freezes and doesn’t have all the items the website has, had to order from 2 places, the online store and the App to get what what was needed.
Hope I received all my points toward my account for my purchase.
Also couldn’t reset my password without the help from a representative.

Easy enough!
I love this! I don’t like struggling with others that don’t make it super clear if it’s an eligible purchase. This app has no guesswork! I would like to see them save my payment info though.

Hi there, we reviewed your specific concern and there was a one off issue that affected a portion of users where test emails overnight were sent to real customers. This issue has been resolved.
Does not accept log in.
I tried to login in to my account but the app will not accept my username and password. Wrong username and password message pops up. When I went online through a computer, my username and password worked and I ordered stuff.
Even the forgot username link does not work on the app. This needs to be fixed.

First time using this app
This is so easy to do and I love the idea that you can just use it to order something right from your phone. Then it’s shipped to your home.
Claim Denied
This was my first experience trying to use my FSA benefits. I ordered a Hyperice percussion massager with my FSA card. Their app said everything they sell is 100% FSA approved, but after uploading my documentation, my claim was denied. So now I will have to repay it out of pocket. I had to add a star though because the shipping speed was incredibly fast.

Hi there, please email us directly and we can work with your provider to ensure your denied claim is reversed. Some providers ask for additional documentation, but we can assure you that all items are 100% universally accepted when using an FSA/HSA card.

This app is easy to use. I found that I could configure voice interaction with the app to find the products I want. It was amazingly quick returning my results.
I also noticed on the items where you might buy more than 1, there are quantity choice buttons so you don’t have to scroll through a numbers wheel. It was really nice just to tap on the “2” button rather than deal with a spinner.
All the item details are included so you know what you are getting.
It looks like the tool offers reminders and guidance regarding the FSA process. It’s nice to have all this info in the same place.
