Doesn’t cover anything
Only in house blood work is covered, which is more expensive than a send out even with the insurance discount. Medications are not included. Almost nothing is included. This insurance hasn’t helped me at all.
Not worth it
None of the vets I’ve been to accept this. It was offered through my employer as an insurance - it is not. You might get lower priced food on very select foods (if it’s listed, neither of ours was listed). The app works great. Would’ve saved a ton I’m sure.
No one is answering the phone
