Family trying to add me for access to their community, first it wouldn’t recognise my phone number at all when they tried to add me. Was told to register for the app so did that, then family members app refused to send an invite to me! Several days later when invite finally received it asked me to register my ID so did that and system then in theory should allow family to issue me a multi entry pass! However this did not happen, I received a pending invite but the app would not allow me to accept this invite and it remained as pending. Painful. So tried to delete the profile as told to try this and family managed to issue a one time entry pass QR code, progress at least. Told to try again with multi entry pass issue but family members app says ‘person not registered needs to register for the app!’ I try register again and app says profile already exists, despite having previously deleted said profile due to the above issues. This app is not anywhere close to being good enough or ready for a community based access system for several thousand people. Wasted half an afternoon trying to sort this out and still no further along and still without a multi entry pass 😡

Completely under developed and unusable.
Dreadful!
Painful to setup, painful to use - unclear UI/UX, extremely unreliable. Essentially unusable.
