App is down from last 12 hrs still counting
App is down due to server problem thats what they said and now still waiting can’t drive ahead bcoz it generates code so that i can use that code to fuel up. Because the app is down and it can’t generate code so no option to fuel up and just due to that can’t drive can’t deliver load can’t pick up load and ends up loosing money. Their customer service doesn’t respond. Called them and they put me up in queue for 7 hrs and then put me on voicemail.

Bugs, cyclical, makes you re register
This is the most counterintuitive app I have used. It makes you register and that re-register and it asks you for your phone number sends you a text number to confirm the two factor and then ask you to re-register again. I have spent 45 minutes going around in the circle over 15 times and cannot get anywhere with this app. What a horrible app.

Still have to swipe card
Still have to swipe the card. And cannot choose the types of fuel you want to get within your cab. Other apps, you select everything inside your truck and then enter a six digit code of the pump and begin to begin fueling.
