Organized, focused, and productive
I have tried what feels like everything to try to organize my calendar, my to-do list, my goals, but nothing has worked as as well as by Design. Digital planners limit your view to one thing at a time, and few will bring in multiple calendars at once including shared calendars. With ByDesign I have all the pieces of my work and personal life available as well as compartmentalized. I love the dashboard where I can see everything, all the pieces at once if I want to. I love how easy it is to turn my goals into actionable items on a specific day. I just love everything about this program. With it available on my PC, Mac, and smart phone, I can add, update, and check things anywhere, anytime. I know this review sounds kind of like an ad, but I’m just a user and I really love it.

Best Productivity Tool on the Market
This tool has transformed the way I work. Best in class customization as well as all of the industry standard tools and features. Additionally, the support team at ByDesign is truly the best out there.

I think if there was a way to see how much time of days until an event . Like days until a project is due. Or something. If not it is great as is and I think it has great potential! I can’t afford a subscription but I’m sure it’s fairly reasonable for anyone.

The Only To Do List You’ll Ever Need
I’ve used many tools such as project management software to minimalistic to do lists and scheduling tools. They have their place and use cases, but I enjoy using ByDesign for its simplicity and layout. You get a breakdown on what to do today, things to get done tomorrow and a reminder of why you’re doing what you do. It also has a places to write notes and brain dump your thoughts and plans onto. Overall I enjoy using this tool.
Things to look into. I would love it if there was a way to customize the notifications.

This app - which combines tasks, notes, and calendar - has a great balance between simplicity, flexibility/customisation, and good design. It's very easy to use "out of the box" without a steep learning curve. There are a few bugs, but the developers are very responsive and are working hard all the time to fix things, improve it and add new features.

Best productivity app
I’ve been searching for a long time for an app to help organize my busy schedule, to-do lists, habits, etc. No app I tried really fit what I was looking but ByDesign really has it all. You can keep all the different areas of your life organized separately but bring them together into one big to-do list on your calendar. The creators are always actively looking for ways to improve its functionality and love hearing feedback from users. There is a free trial, and the monthly subscription is extremely affordable. Can’t recommend this app enough!

Finally My Life has Direction
After going through every project manager you can imagine I think the biggest mistake is programmers have never took into consideration that life, goals, and learning new things will ultimately allow you to have the energy and motivation to attack the work side of life. If you have ADD (perfect app) or not (perfect app) this is a one and only in the market at an unbeatable price for all you get. It might not be one of the big names now but they have a different vision and as the younger generations start to value work-life balance you are going to understand why these guys are ahead of their time so you can crush it in work and life at the same time!

Great productivity tool
Really impressed with how comprehensive this app is and the great support provided by the developers. There are many apps that do the things that ByDesign does, but they dont pull them together in the same seamless way.
Amazing App, Amazing Support!
The app is good. I like the concepts and the fact that it works on any device. The support, especially the in-app chat support and the 1:1 walk through you get when you sign up is out of the world. Not sure if they'll be able to sustain that level of support as they grow faster, but it's extremely impressive.

Loving it so far
So easy to use. Can easily type events on laptop and then everything is populated in the mobile app. Helps with checking items off my to do list throughout the day in the mobile app - in a simple, easy way.
A Truly Inspiring Work in Progress
ByDesign appears to be on fire … in a good way! I’ve been on a decades-long trek through various “do it all” efforts at combining a task manager, a planner, a calendar, and a smart notebook that’s all readily accessed from the Mac, the iPad and the iPhone. Bonus prize: log on from the web anywhere. It is ticking all the boxes, and doing so with a beautiful and compelling UI. If you’re looking for the power of best-of-class apps like Fantastical, Craft, Things, Evernote and more in one lovely package, check out ByDesign. They’re adding features like crazy, and polishing them along the way. I’m still waiting for a clear path to import and export from some of those one trick apps, but they’re building the bridge I’m planning to walk across. Go ByDesign! I’m rooting for you!

Unable to sign up
I have been trying to sign-up to this app using setapp subscription but it just doesn't work. It's been 4 days now. So far it's completely useless
Huge potential, important basework and highly motivated devs
Stumbled over this on reddit, got interested and love the concept of marrying events and tasks from the ground up. There is still some work to do, but as of now bydesign is a worthy contestant in the busy task manager category.
Get this app if you need a life organizer
This app has notes like Notion where you can create pages on pages, lists, tables, and many more! (But cleaner and easier to use fr) I love how it’s easy to connect with Google, Outlook, and Apple calendars too. They even help you track and set streaks for motivation! You guys just got a new fan. Looking forward to future social and calendar updates 😎🙂↕️🫱🏻🫲🏼
