I went a month a head I went 3 months I went the day of . Maybe your not in La yet idk . I will cancel this review with explanation just little confused . I even changed 5 different hotels same result even hours 3 to 24

Worst company of criminals

This app got me on the first try for $75. I put the date and selected the time. When I got the confirmation email it said my booking was a week way. I called the hotel they said they had a booking from me nor did they offer the service and never heard of the company. Even tho the confirmation email said my booking was a week out I still couldn’t cancel. No be ever answers the phone. And once I finally got. Email back it stated that they don’t offer cancellations. And never heard from them again. I have reported this app written this review. I hate scammers. And shame on you Apple

Total scam

So I love the idea of this app. But when I found a hotel a hotel that was close by on there list I selected a day and times. I paid and the receipt or itinerary it was an itinerary of the wrong time wrong days a month away from when I wanted it and didn’t give me any option to cancel or reschedule or talk to anybody. I’ve emailed them four times no response in 48 hours and when you call their number Did you get a voicemail that claims they are not available even during their business hours I’ve called multiple times multiple hours of the day and night. Nothing I highly recommend nobody try this. It is a scam.

Very useful app if you’re in a country with hourly hotel options

This app is only useful if you’re in a country with hotels that offer hourly reservation. With that said, I found the app to be very easy to use in Mexico City. I was able to find a hotel at a good location. The reservation and check-in processes were both pretty smooth. This is a great solution when you have a late flight.

There’s nobody to talk to if you need help. Contact and email are useless.

Cuidado! No la recomiendo!

No usar en latino América, en mi experiencia y en experiencia de compañeros la app realiza mal las reservas y al momento de quejarse te dicen que realizaran el cobro, ya que son las políticas. No tiene sentido utilizar esta app y arriesgarse a algún tipo de estafa.

Price paid different from booking price

Great idea, but really disappointed by the fact the price I paid was higher than the booking price by more than 10%. No useful help from the customer service.

Great Stuff !

Booked a room via the App while stopping in London for a few hours.
Was very easy to book and got some well needed rest before taking another flight to my next work destination the day after.
Changes the way I think about travelling and booking hotel rooms in general.

Great App!

Was able to find a hotel to rest during a layover! Was easy to book and there were no hassles at the moment of my arrival at the hotel!

No availability

After downloading the app, I checked to see availability near me (Dallas) and there were 0 hotels available. Ok, so how about New York City when I’m there in a week. 0 hotels listed.

Wish I could give it a better rating as the interface and design is good. Without product, it is useless.
