BYKKO Serv

BYKKO Serv app is used by riders to operate their bike when the lock loses mobile signal, and by authorised BYKKO operators to service and configure the bikes. BYKKO bikes use mobile-network (GSM) smart locks. When a bike loses network coverage, the lock can't be operated the usual way. BYKKO Serv lets you connect to the bike's lock directly over Bluetooth so you can get moving again. As a rider you can: • Connect to a BYKKO bike lock over Bluetooth • View the lock and bike status • Check the bike's battery level • Reset the lock and unlock the bike when it has lost mobile signal If you're a BYKKO rider who can't unlock or return a bike, call BYKKO support and we'll help you get access and walk you through it. Additional management features (configuration, firmware updates, fleet setup) are available only to authorised BYKKO operators and are controlled by account role.
