The only thing you can do in This application is only deposit checks, view your account balance and activity. Nothing else you can do. Chase is way better. You can even look up your account routing number or account number. It’s so slow loading. I would t recommend downloading unless you want headaches.wish you can do zelle

UX needs lots of work
For starters, Face ID does not work. To make matters worse, in iOS 17, the ability to copy & paste the password from a password manager is lost.
Next, I don’t mind see the small print about mobile deposits each time I want to do a deposit, but having to page through multiple screens before I can deposit a check is frustrating.
Nothing can be done quickly with the app.

Mobile deposits consistently aren’t read
It sometimes takes me ten minutes to do a mobile deposit of one check. Although we have a bank stamp that reads exactly as it should, the app continually “can’t find the endorsement”. Quite frankly it is a huge waste of my time.

Somehow even worse than the last app
Using the exact same credentials that work on your website doesn’t work with the app. You should just delete this and not offer it.
