This app works only half the time. Many times I have to close it and reopen it to get it to load. I do like that I can search by keyword for a charge.

Great Customer Service and Functional App.
I have been a Byline Bank customer since the Plaza Bank days. The tellers at the different branches I have used are always kind and friendly. The online app is easy to navigate and understand. Great job.

Good bank. But outdated app and website.

it doesn’t do everything; would like to be able to open/update CDs upon maturity. it does everything else i need.
