Doesn’t work
Opens a loading screen, then sends me straight back to my Home Screen. Haven’t been able to open it successfully at all. Edit: tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It opened once and since then has been freezing and booting me back to the Home Screen. Another edit: iPhone 13 Mini, iOS 16.2

We are also working on the next release of Bylines that has some major internal changes that will hopefully work better for you. Bylines 2.0 is now available from the app store - please give it a try.

I’ve just downloaded the Bylines App and it’s brilliant! Bringing together all of the Bylines network in one place is genius. The access to and readability of articles is enhanced enormously. Very well done Bylines team!

Simple uncluttered app delivering the latest articles from both the national Bylines paper and the regional Byline titles.
Excellent source of news
I heard about this on Twitter and, having read Bylines content there before, I was delighted to see I could access a range of news content all in one app. It is well laid out and there is plenty of news content to access. Till now I have relied on the Guardian and the BBC News apps and foreign newspaper apps. It’s perfect for those who want current affairs with a different slant.

A brilliant app to access the entire Bylines network in one place. If you’re not familiar with the Byline Times and it’s regional network, it’s a news service by independent journalists funded by subscribers rather than media tycoons and oligarchs that doesn’t push the agendas of political parties. Just downloaded the Bylines App this morning and loving it already. It’s great the ease with which I can access all of the News items and also the regional ones where these interest me (which most do).
