Symptom and food tracking has been amazingly helpful
I’ve been navigating tracking my ulcerative colitis symptoms in relation to foods activities menstruation cycles and being given a platform to track my symptoms in tandem with the foods I eat and the board certified gastroenterologist data from the ai has been so helpful at helping me track/communicate with my gastroenterologist and track real time the issues and symptoms I’ve been mitigating for months.
