App issues
Was working great until the turn of the year. Then lost all Alexa functionality and now doesn’t work at all through C&J app. Help please.
Pretty good …but
Worked well for careers then suddenly wouldn’t connect to Alexa. Keeps saying fire is unresponsive yet it works with the app. I’ve tried re linking and many other things but it won’t work through my Alexa app or my unit.
Shame as it’s a decent fire and I like it to turn off when I say goodnight to Alexa.

Complete waste of time nothing works
Connected to WiFi nothing works can’t even change the useless temp from F to C!!!
Doesn’t work
Only worked the first time then stopped after that. Brand new fireplace too.
Absolute Garbage!
There are numerous functions of my fireplace that can only be controlled by the app, not the remote, but the app stopped working after about a month and now I can’t even change the temperature units to Fahrenheit, let alone do cool things with the color of the fuel bed and the flames. I have tried updating, clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, reconnecting to my network, and rebooting the fireplace itself, but it still doesn’t work.
