Schedule mode has a bug

The schedule mode is great for turning on my fireplace at a set time of day. The issue is, when I have it set to turn OFF, it turns off the fireplace display but turns ON the circulation fan, despite me not having that on to begin with. Every morning I wake up I see the fan has been on all night. I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix it. It’s a bug in either the app or the fireplace. I’m betting the app. Please investigate and fix!! Thank you!

Hello you can share the device with multiple users. Simply open the app > select the device > on the top right you should see an icon that looks like a pencil with a line below it. Select that > this will open a sub menu where you can share the device from amongst other things. Orion Fireplace schedule doesn’t work

Fireplace app is very nice to have. I find it easier to use than the remote. I was excited to see a schedule option so I could have it automatically turn on during the times that I use it. However, this feature does not work. It never saves and definitely never works. I don’t care how many times you set the schedule and hit save, nothing is in the menu. I would feel better if they just took that out so I didn’t get excited when I saw it and tried it again. Please update!

No Way to Add Users

This app needs to have the ability to add users. Since you can’t only one person in our house can control the fireplace since the remote is 1-star worthy also.
