Unable to connect to fireplace
App was working great for several years however no I am unable to connect all the sudden.
Fireplace itself is great but app will not connect
Fireplace heats well and is pretty but app does not connect, remote battery died, and the buttons on device have limited options (off/on-high/on-low/change color)
Good app
This app is a nice added touch. It is very intuitive and easy to use. It’s a convenient alternative to the remote. Really enjoying this fireplace. It would be cool if it worked with WiFi too.
Worked for a month, now won’t connect
The app worked great for a few weeks. Now it says “unable to connect” all of the time. Very upsetting.

Nice interface
Application works really well. Connected easily. I really like the intuitive user interface. The fireplace itself is great. Assembled easily and really heats the room well.
