App is garbage
Great product. But no BT app does not work. Seems to be a wide issue with many costumers

Just got my fireplace two weeks ago and the app worked great the first week. Now , it says there are no devices.

App is substandard
The Whalen Premier Fireplace app is very buggy. Most of the time when I try and open the app, the Home Screen appears and immediately closes. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it in hopes of fixing the issue but this has not worked. It is obvious that the company needs to invest resources in the app to improve it. The fireplace itself has been great.

Control at your finger tips
It is nice not having to keep track of the remote !!
The only thing I would change ( not sure it is even possible ) but can we get an option of changing the volume … or control the volume of the beep????
If someone falls asleep and we try to change the temp or turn it off or on … the beep is loud and wakes them up ….
