Doesn’t sync with account
While I have membership if I try to log in with the app it just says it doesn’t recognize the credentials. Waste of time

Captain Middleton was great. My boat was taking on water at an alarming rate due to a series of mishaps. He arranged for emergency haul out at a nearby boatyard. We were able to get the boat out of the water really quickly.
Not helpful
Lost propulsion when shaft broke. Took a long time to get a call back from a C-Tow boat captain to get a tow to a nearby marina. They were five hours away and indicated that coverage for service is inconsistent (reiterated by others sharing their experience). Will not renew subscription since we didn’t get the service when needed.

C Tow App features
The app features and capabilities are next level, I used to use 3-4 apps to get my tides, wind, weather it’s all on the C-Tow app congrats very happy with this on my phone 👍
CAA for the water
We are based out of Friday Harbour on lake Simcoe. Heard about this Service and the app from a friend and downloaded it the day after we got our boat this year. Never registered it but fully planned on doing so… procrastinated until stuck in the middle of Cook’s Bay on Canada Day weekend. Captain John of C-Tow to the rescue. For a very reasonable price, pulled us to safety at Lefroy Harbour Marina. (Had to pay as you need to register 48 hrs prior to use). The App is solid, price to register is fair and service was excellent.
