The most unreliable app, constantly freezes and deletes your purchases. Then the unreliability of the trains themselves is beyond a joke. No a/c and constant delays. If you want cheap tickets to London, just get off at West Ham as there aren’t any gates and zero staff to enforce it 👍

Worst train app ever. Glitches constantly and is riddled with bugs.

Why, despite updates, are the buttons in the top left and right a different colour. It just looks broke
Refuses to work now
Whatever you have done to the app it now just does not work completely which is annoying as I use almost everyday for travel. It is incredibly buggy with a difficult and hard to navigate user interface. No thought or planning has gone into the app design, it is an incredibly inconvenient and inconsistent app. Two months ago it would refuse to search up my post code meaning everytime i have to manually enter my address when buying and I cannot even save my address which would make it easy as its the same address i use daily. And now cherry on top of the cake it just does not work at all. This app is garbage just like the c2c train company itself.

Add to Apple Wallet doesn’t work
App is buggy, recently add to Apple wallet just doesn’t work. Please fix
What is the point of an app if it doesn’t do the bare minimum
Such a buggy, clunky app. Something is always broken, most of the time multiple things. Currently the ‘add to apple wallet’ function is not working, the postcode finder has not worked in months and it’s difficult to manually add your address. I’ve had many times where the payment process has been an issue.

Slow and awful
Genuinely one of the worst app experiences I’ve had in a while. Everything takes ages to load, difficult navigation, and I can’t add tickets to Apple wallet. I tried submitting an issue form online and even that didn’t work.
Still rubbish
After all these years we still get “can’t display your journey right now”. Annoying “you’ve been away” messages which change your search parameters. Should be so much better. And today it won’t even open due to an error. Pathetic app

Keep getting postcode not found error even though postcode is valid and has worked before. Unable to view live train times as it tells me I have been away for a while. Have to enter my address each time each though using Apple Pay which has my address. Unable to add to basket and continue shopping. Have to checkout and start over. Terrible app.

The app simply doesn’t work and there’s no word on when it’ll be fixed just get the train line app instead

Numerous bugs not fixed over a long period. Live train times arrivals departures unable to save card details in the app including the C2C travel card.

Buggy, long, annoying
It’s buggy, I get the ‘you’ve been away awhile’ when trying to check train times it’s very frustrating. Now it’s telling me postcode not found, same postcode I add everyday. I’m fed up with this app now. I’m just trying to book a train ticket why is it stressing me out. And even when it does work it’s so slow and long to just buy a ticket. Too many steps and pages why can’t I just quick buy the same ticket I buy

Live Travel still does not work!
It’s been the best part of a month and the live travel functionality still doesn’t work. Even though another prompt comes up today a fix has been deployed for 2nd Feb, 3 days later still not resolved! A horrendous and old school app which is sad in 2026!
The app is totally useless
For nearly a month there have been issues with the live train page on the app. Despite it being reported on numerous occasions, still the same issue goes on. People need the app to offer a quick answer to questions so you need to stop directing people to your website and work on fixing the issue. Message on your app page stating the app will be updated and fixed overnight on 02 February and two days later the same issue is ongoing. If you can’t get the app to work, it’s no wonder you can’t run trains properly!!!
