Unable to save a code
The layout of the app allows to enter code but the virtual keyboard stops you being able to save it. Currently unable to add a new code user.

No Support ! Does Not Work.
I thought the original K3 app was bad, this one is even worse. We can’t use our locks because the app will not allow any changes and it is the only interface available. App shuts down when you press info. Several attempts to contact support with zero replies or help.
Horrible App! Useless!
By the far worse app ever! Also worst customer service as well! Don’t use this company or app!! Horrible!! It doesn’t work and there’s no help in IT dept at all!!!
Utter failure
Half of our overall staff can’t get this app to load on their phones. We may have to replace all of the locks over this failed app.
Simple to use
Easy swap over from the K3 connect app to control the Codelocks locks on my site. Same set up but a bit better looking !
