Pathetic Piece of Programming
It's a shame that a company in the scope of CA cannot afford to write a working User Interface.
I mean, hey! If the UI is that badly written with only a couple of simple screens - how good is the actual VPN it is supposed to create?
I'd be ashamed to let such a piece of programming out into the open.
I hope, that there a patch coming up to make the program usable.

Terrible
Seems like CA don’t feel the need for a real mobile app, it does not rotate on an iPad, meaning that using it to login to any remote apps is annoying. it doesn’t scale on the screen appropriately. Needs a redesign and and update
Does not redirect to website after entering credentials
When going to a website that uses ArcotID authentication, I'm redirected to the ArcotID App for my credentials. After I enter my credentials, the App closes (minimizes) but never redirects back to the browser to allow entrance. I've tried turning the iPad (2nd generation) off and back on, deleting and reinstalling the App and get the same result. Fix it and I'll rate it 5 stars.

You need to go to the gettingstarted page to create a test account.
Worst. User. Experience. Ever.
I just followed vague instructions to a demo page for about the 5th time and came to a dead end every time with NO FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS! Never mind the misspellings that make me wonder if this is even a legitimate app or company in the first place.
Worst app.
Using this for mls listings site access. Everybody is bashing the developer (which in my view they have the right and should) but my gripe is with so many complaints why aren't the real estate sites adopting a different standard. The sites that charge us so much every year need to stop being morons with technology and show us they can actually solve a tech issue. Especially as more and more of us are using tablets and phones towards our production. It's not like using technology is going to go away on the contrary it's only going to be more present in the market. I'd give this company and mls sites negative stars but it won't allow me.

Terrible setup. Skips steps. Directions are wrong. Worst software I have ever used.
Broken app
This app was great. But now it won't work. Just stopped one day an I can't access our mls on my iPhone. Oh well didn't need that sale anyway.

App has broken my iPad
I had the same issue as CoastalRE. I was forced to download this app in order to access my bank website, and now it has frozen safari on my iPad and I have no idea how to fix it. Do not use this app, and boycott anything else done by this company.
Not working anymore
I downloaded it last year and it worked fine at that time on a real estate website. However, when I need to use that real estate website last month, I could not log on. No luck for a month. Should be Arcot problem. However, could not go to their website on my desktop to reset. Is that they closed this App?

Zero stars would be more appropriate
Was forced to download this app in order to access a real estate website. App has frozen safari, can't get help on PC, messed up my iPad. Very unclear instructions on what to do. HATE this app and everything about it! Now to figure out how to fix my iPad - thanks a lot! Do NOT download!! Called support and after being disconnected and then put on hold for 20 minutes, was told that there are only 4 engineers and nobody's answering their phone to help. I have to wait for a call back Tomorrow!

Time waste
Way too complicated and time consuming. Waste of time
RE infolink uses Arcot
Im trying to log into a real estate website for the last 2.5 hours with technical support from india trying to help me. I'm writing this review now because it still doesn't work. With the bad phone reception, (Land line) I had 4 callbacks already and every time I have to wait about 10 minutes. Laptop had no luck, Ipad has no luck, now no call back anymore after waiting half an hour, the person helping earlier lost reception again. This is alot of time wasted because I can't get authenticated from Arcot. Arcot needs to simplify the process somehow/someway. Very frustrating!!

too much work
trying to do some basic work sitting in the carribean and this is ridiculous. i have been working to make this work with the website i access on a daily basis and it will not work, 30 minutes of wasted time.
