Very disappointing experience. The app crashes frequently and has trouble detecting QR codes. These issues make it frustrating and difficult to use.

Can you please fix the app so we can stay logged in
7/12/2026. I think I must have posted the above at least a month ago and will not keep me logged in even though there is that option and it’s turned on. Fix your app!

And sometimes it doesn’t work & why enter all our info on second chance when NO ONE contact’s you . I have been playing this for 10 yrs plus & I have never won on second chance.. just get rid of it - It’s such a hassle.
