Bad Updates
I’ve had this app for years and in the last 3 years or so it’s gotten worse and worse. Right now it hasn’t worked at all in over a month. Showed last update on numbers was August. And that scanners haven’t worked in probably 6 months
Scanner not working
When I saw that you could scan the tickets on your phone with the app, I thought “fabulous! That’s gonna be such a time saver”. Downloaded the app and out of the six tickets I have, none will scan. I wonder what I’m doing wrong or if this is a malfunction of the app?

the latest update is buggy . . the menu fonts ( items on the bottom ) are messed up like they are doubled on top of each other

Not the best app
The app constantly crashes and it seems to never really work properly
2nd chance does not work!
I can only use this app to check tickets, but the second chance doesn’t allow me to log in in order to submit a ticket. I’ve changed the password several times and it still says the password is incorrect.
Can’t Log In
Can’t log in. I didn’t change my password and I didn’t forget it. This has happened multiple times and this is like the third time this year.

Scanning only works for scratchers and not for Fantasy 5, Super Lotto, etc. used to work fine. Have written to developers. No help.

In the last few months it does not even scan well. Spins for minutes, then alerts that this ticket won't scan. By the time I finished scanning, I could have looked them up and checked myself, which I am starting to do now instead. Whoever beta tests these apps. should be fired.

Can't check tickets after hours?? just a joke of an app, good thing it was a gift scratch, Don't wast your money giving it to the state, save it for foooddd...

Seeing doubles for the buttons in the botttom. Able to change passwords, but keep saying my passwords are incorrect. The app is broken since like 2 weeks ago.

I’ve changed my password 4 times and no matter what I change it too it says wrong password

On the “you must update the app” message, how about providing a link that takes you straight to this page?? Many of my apps do this.
Broken since update
App was last able to update data on 8/5. Since then I am getting the “data not able to update” message. App help takes me to a blank page.
