Broken since update
App was last able to update data on 8/5. Since then I am getting the “data not able to update” message. App help takes me to a blank page.
Cannot Log In
Been trying to log in for the past few months and reset the password. It kept saying that my email login is incorrect even after they sent me an email saying otherwise. For an establishment that makes millions and millions of dollars each month, I do not understand why they cannot fix this error.
Zero out of five stars
I second the reviews saying the app has been broken the last year. I don’t know what changes they made but I cannot get into my account to submit my second chance draw tickets no matter how hard I try. I’ve changed my password multiple times, deleted and redownloaded the app and I always get the same error messaging. Starting to feel like a scam at this point. I also cannot get in via laptop/desktop.

App has trouble updating jackpot amounts
I constantly get an error that “updates could not be processed…” and the newest jackpot amounts won’t update except occasionally. App also doesn’t work anytime you’re traveling outside the US.
Constantly force an update
Once every 3 times i try to go in, it forces an update. I understand there are fixes they are constantly pushing but i dont get force update that much for my mobile banking apps even…
Scanner does not work
iPhone se3 and its camera does not work with app. Limited amount of past draw dates are shown.
Slow app
For an app that does not require so much graphic this is a very slow app. Keeps signing me out and lots of errors

I have seen poor design, poor functioning, ill-kept apps but this one takes the prize. Even when I log in and toggle stay signed in, it disconnects me. I get error messages including this app doesn’t work. No matter what you try to do, it either does something else or shuts down. People have been complaining for months lord knows you have the money just fix it.

2nd chance is BROKEN
IT HASN’T WORKED IN OVER A YEAR NO MATTER WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLS YOU WHAT TO DO. IT’S A SCAM SO THEY CAN KEEP ALL WINNINGS.
Glitch
I don’t understand why it keeps giving error messages when I scan for 2nd chance (this app does not support the 2nd chance… update…) Now I’m not sure if my 2nd chance tickets have been submitted. Fix that please

Very disappointing experience. The app crashes frequently and has trouble detecting QR codes. These issues make it frustrating and difficult to use.

And sometimes it doesn’t work & why enter all our info on second chance when NO ONE contact’s you . I have been playing this for 10 yrs plus & I have never won on second chance.. just get rid of it - It’s such a hassle.
Untested & Buggy App
It’s July 2026 and they still can’t get this working right. The check a ticket feature is broken. After scanning a ticket, the app doesn’t let you go back and scan more tickets unless you choose the scan more option directly after scanning a ticket. If we don’t choose the scan more option, we can’t go back to scanning more tickets later. Something is bugged here. We have to close the app and reopen it to get it working again. I have no idea how this even app even passed a simple QC check. There seems to be hardly any testing for even the major features of the app. Just poor quality overall.

IOS password hassle
30 minutes of trying to login to account and 30 minutes of straight rejection. I deleted the app. I deleted the Passwords. I deleted the back up, then reinstalled the app went through several attempts of resetting password all ended up with the freaking red box. All this jump, jumping through hoops just to enter second chance is horse malarkey.

Like everything in California it promises to work and be effective and it’s just a garbage pile masquerading as progress.
