I don’t understand why it keeps giving error messages when I scan for 2nd chance (this app does not support the 2nd chance… update…) Now I’m not sure if my 2nd chance tickets have been submitted. Fix that please

Very disappointing experience. The app crashes frequently and has trouble detecting QR codes. These issues make it frustrating and difficult to use.

And sometimes it doesn’t work & why enter all our info on second chance when NO ONE contact’s you . I have been playing this for 10 yrs plus & I have never won on second chance.. just get rid of it - It’s such a hassle.
Untested & Buggy App
It’s July 2026 and they still can’t get this working right. The check a ticket feature is broken. After scanning a ticket, the app doesn’t let you go back and scan more tickets unless you choose the scan more option directly after scanning a ticket. If we don’t choose the scan more option, we can’t go back to scanning more tickets later. Something is bugged here. We have to close the app and reopen it to get it working again. I have no idea how this even app even passed a simple QC check. There seems to be hardly any testing for even the major features of the app. Just poor quality overall.

IOS password hassle
30 minutes of trying to login to account and 30 minutes of straight rejection. I deleted the app. I deleted the Passwords. I deleted the back up, then reinstalled the app went through several attempts of resetting password all ended up with the freaking red box. All this jump, jumping through hoops just to enter second chance is horse malarkey.

Absolutely the most clunky poorly operated app. It is so simple and still does not function properly. This is the app equivalent of an OTB parlor.

Scans don’t work. Can’t check numbers can’t enter 2nd chance.

Login issues
After multiple attempts to update my login and making sure it was correct the site accepted my password change but still tells me that it was incorrect and will need to call and update verification. Which leads me to an automated system which does not help with the issue. Please fix this since I like using the app but will not allow me to put in my 2nd chance submission.

The removal of the ability to swipe between drawings is pointless. Why take away the ease of checking your tickets. This app keeps getting worse with each update. It used to be so smooth and flowy. Swiped through results with fluidity. Now it’s an awkward pilgrim.

Still can’t log in for second chance even after a month and wasting time with customer support. They claim it’s the login but it’s clearly the app since my account is verified and able to login through the website!
