Finding a driver is a challenge
This is a great idea, but it is difficult to find a driver nearly every time we needed one—both peak and off-peak times. The app prompts you to increase your offer a minimum of 5 euros to see if anyone will take the enhanced offer. That did not work, and going to 10 euros over was doubling our expected bill on short trips. In short, this might reserve a trip if you lay out a very high amount of cash for the trip. Works ok but drivers abit dodgy
Works ok and is cheaper than Bolt but the drivers are abit dodgy and I had one messaging me on WhatsApp accusing me of not paying and chasing me for money.
Hidden charges
Shows cheap fair, charges extra after eight pm, also charges a hail charge of about €4.00
Amazing costumer support
I used the app in Cyprus, it worked well. After needing to be reimbursed, I contacted customer support, they were responsive, helpful and rapid. I highly recommend.
Can never find a taxi

Not ready for Commercial Deployment
Very bad app in all regards. Business practices highly suspect, charging more just to get someone to pick you up. Chat text is black on black, so not readable. They do that so you can’t take a screenshot.
Do not pick up at hotels
We ordered a cab but it didn’t come into the hotel when we had luggage and stopped on the main road when we went to get luggage it drove off and charged no pick up fee
No drivers in Paphos
We booked 30 mins in advance and when the time came the order got cancelled leaving us to rush around and try to arrange another

The price will change and drivers are rude

Pros:
Easy to use
Always got a ride in Paphos, even in remote areas.
Sometimes you get brand new Mercedes.
Most drivers are polite. They don’t speak English but it is ok.
Cons:
Every single ride has an extra charge with no explanation from 1 to 6 euros.
Some of the drivers are dangerous, they run red lights and even drive on the wrong side of the road. We had a couple of dangerous situations. Most drivers are very safe.

Missleading
When you get a rate for regular taxi and you order, you wait forever and then it says no drivers are available, the minute you chose to add 5 euros to the rate, all of a sudden, drivers are available, does the public not realize what is happening here?/ you need to be more honest about how your system works

No taxis available
I Used the app to try and order a taxi in Cyprus, but NO TAXI ever came. i’m not certain why the app exists if no taxis are available or willing to do the ride. I attempted to order at least six times before giving up and finding a supermarket where someone helped order me a taxi.
Sneaky and useless
Forces you to top up wallet before ordering a taxi and then can’t find a taxi. Now you’re stuck as you can’t withdraw from the app once you top up. Don’t always have cash either. Stop forcing people to top up before searching

Absolutely no cars around EVER😂
Honestly this is a total rip off! Tried to book a few times but you can’t book til you’ve put money in your wallet! So I put €20 in and booked only to have the job cancelled cos there was no driver. Tried 4 or 5 more times across the days but nothing. Tried to prebook and still nothing! So they get to keep my €20 great!

Location services is not working !
The driver wasn’t reflected correctly in the app .
App works okay, but no drivers
I’ve been in Cyprus for 4 days and not once have I been able to get a driver to accept my request. App seems to function as it should, but it appears the number of drivers are limited.
