App not eorking

The app did not let me check in - said “error” or something similar- had to pay to check ln. Nowhere in US you have to pay to check in. Olesea at the counter working for Flyone Lisbon had a very unprofessional attitude towards me and my children. And all these due to the fact that the app is a disaster and her personality is not fit for customer service.

App is full of bugs. Also popping up video is annoying.

Оплатил места, посадили куда попало!

При покупке билетов специально выбрал и оплатил места рядом всей семье. При электронной регистрации в приложении нам присвоили рандомные места, всех рассадили!!! За что взяли оплату непонятно! С кем разбираться тоже не поймешь!

Ужасный туроператор

Наш рейс задержали на 5 часов в Ереване , и даже не предложили воды!!! Никаких извинений, ничего!
Приложение лагает при оплате платных сервисов и выборе мест !!! Бесплатного выбора нет вообще!!! Не рекомендую тем кто летит с детьми
