(Don’t) Smart route
I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Kupibilet.
I had a smart route booking with multiple connections. The first flight
was delayed by more than 7 hours due to the airline, which made the entire
itinerary effectively impossible to use.
Instead of properly reviewing the situation or offering any reasonable
solutions (such as rescheduling the trip, changing dates, or providing
alternative options), customer support simply canceled the booking and
processed refunds on the worst possible terms for the passenger.
All subsequent flights were treated as a “voluntary cancellation”,
even though the root cause was a significant delay of the first segment,
which was completely outside of my control.
At no point was I offered a real solution to save the trip.
The company hides behind the “smart route” concept and shifts all risks
to the customer when something goes wrong.
Very poor customer experience. I will not use this service again and
cannot recommend it to others.

Complaint Regarding Kupi – Extremely Disappointing and Untrustworthy Experience
I strongly advise against using this agency. Please avoid Kupi and choose a more trustworthy and professional company—otherwise, you risk losing your money like I did.
I had a very bad experience with Kupi. I booked an air ticket with them and later requested a date change. They took 48 hours to respond, and then sent me a payment link for 1,068 aed to process the exchange. I paid the amount within 25 minutes and immediately emailed them confirmation of payment.
They replied saying I would receive the updated ticket within an hour. However, instead of sending the ticket, they emailed me 30 minutes later demanding an additional 650 aed. I refused and asked for a refund of the amount I had already paid, but since then, they have completely stopped replying.
This behavior is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam. They took my money and failed to provide the service they promised. I feel cheated and disappointed. Please don't fall into the same trap
